Our carpets were cleaned well. However, the exhaust from the truck's generator was close to a lantana bush adjacent to the driveway and it burned about half the bush. We did not notice this until after Javier had left. I tried calling to report this but, after being on hold for 15 minutes, I sent an email. Still no response to that message.

Fabian M was by far the best technician I've had to date. There was a spot I had tht noe of your other technicians were able to remove its been there for several years. Fabian got it out.

I’ve used ZeroRez before and I’ve been very happy. This time not so much. The carpet looks “compressed” not fresh. There is a residue on the carpet. Gives resistance when I move my foot on the carpet. And the carpet looks …well bad.
I think the girl, who did the work, was not too careful. A strip between my couch and coffee table…I think she skipped.
When I made the appointment, I was quoted a price of 137.38 by
When she entered the price on her tablet, I told her about the price I had been given and she said OK. when I see the bill in my email it is 169.95. That is 70% more than you advertised!! Very disappointed!!

Good job. Had trouble with truck but sent a replacement out very quickly.

The services were great. Justin was very hard-working and professional. Unfortunately I wouldn’t hire Zeroez for shower glass though. Anything else I’d recommend them for.

There are several brown spots in the den area. It looks really bad…worse than
before it was cleaned. And the worse part is it’s not my house. I’m expecting a phone call from you to tell me how you can correct this major problem. I never spend this kind of money to clean carpet but I trusted you to do a good job. What a huge disappointment and a major stress! I really dread for my relatives to see this mess. They trusted me to have the carpets cleaned and now I have to deal with this problem and them.😩😤😠😠
