Carpet still smelled like wet feet after drying. I was able to get it to stop stinking my self. Stains came right back. Will never use again.

Zerorez did a great job. Their communication before service was great! The carpet looks like new!
One room doesn’t look like it was cleaned. I had to leave during service and my husband can’t do the stairs so it didn’t get checked after work was done.
Also I explained to him when he got here that my vacuum belt had broken the night before when I was vacuuming before his arrival. He said he wouldn’t vacuum but the process would remove everything. It did not or he did not clean the whole floor.
I would like you to send a different technician to reclean.
I love their technology - no harsh soap just water. Leaves carpet is soft, not hard after soap dries.

I was quoted higher when they got here and not with going special on the website. I had to call and get it corrected. It was about $50 less.

First zerorez was late without calling until after my appt time. Then, carpet cleaning did not get out any spots, nor the water based paint on edges (I was informed after cleaning, that zerorez no longer cleans to edge of rooms).
Grout cleaning seemed to suck our some of it, and made group appear to be multicolored. Your tech told me I must have installed 3 colors of grout - I told her I didn’t. She kept repeating I must have.
Total waste of money.
