I like that every thing was explained in detail and what extras cost and great suggestions!

It was a fast process and the tech was very thorough. There was some miscommunication with the dispatch Dept and tech showed up 2 and 1/2 hours early and I wasn’t home.

Javier did an amazing job with my bedrooms and they are so much cleaner than before

Only giving a $125.00 discount on an almost $800 seevicrhat couldn’t be done due to type of air ducts was terrible. I basically paid over $700 for a few coils to be cleaned and the air return to be cleaned.. pretty expensive and had I been told up front twist the cost would be I would have declithe swrvice

great service, quick and efficient

The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was highly professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend him and this company for their good work.

Carpets were thoroughly cleaned. Technician was timely, professional and genuinely friendly.

The best part, there was no pressure to upsell. I got exactly what I paid for, at a great price.

Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and careful but the carpet took 12 hours to dry and the carpet did not get very clean.

The Zerorez process really does provide a deep clean without leaving residue. It stays clean longer that others we have used and we like the high quality individuals who have been our technicians.
