Yes, I would like to know where my Texas Rangers tickets are from the promotion that I signed up for to have my airducts cleaned and carpets cleaned. I got the service and I was happy with it but as far as promotions I am still waiting. This is my second request for the promotional items promised in the advertisement.

Our tech was helpful with questions I had and he did a great good .
The cleaning was very good and the carpet looked better.
We paid for the Whole House Protectant, but I am not sure how it was applied.
When the technician finished cleaning with the machine, he packed up and left.
Nothing was sprayed on and nothing was said about it at the end.
Hence it would be good to follow up on that, as it was a $90 fee.
Otherwise, the tech arrived about 25 minutes out of the 10 to 12 window. I did receive a phone call at 11:45 that he would be there around 12:15. I know this is a tough call, but if there was someway to estimate "he will be there close to 12", then I could have gotten more errands done.
Lastly, it seems like he received quite a few phone calls, i.e. he was on the phone quite a bit.
This may have been work related, I do not know. If so, then fine. If not, then it's personal time on my dime. I had a lot to do that day before going to work.
Again, the result was good and the tech is was professional.
The carpets were very clean & done in a timely manner.
The tile service left my house smelling fresh and clean.
