Our technician was very professional & friendly. It showed that he loves his job. It’s too soon to see how the carpets will hold up after they were cleaned. If we see that stains don’t return & carpets remains pristine, we will be sure to call back for repeat services.
The only hassle was getting the appointment scheduled. The phone rang non stop & I couldn’t get a hold of a human. When I got online - chose the chat option. It took three days to set up the service as the employee would take more than 24 hours to respond to questions.
The tech was professional, answered questions and asked questions about the carpet and the wear. He was on time, and respectful of our home. He did it quickly and effeciently. This was our first time using Zerorez, and it won't be the last!
Your service tech is very professional
The technicians, Bobby and Diamond were spectacular! Unfortunately, we can still smell urine on our stairs. It’s been a busy time as we prepare for a big family function this weekend, I just haven’t had time to call. I know we paid for some type of pre treatment, but I’ll call on Monday to see if we can rectify this. The upholstered chairs look brand new.

The techs that came out were both very respectful and cautious. They communicated there plan of the service well, worked efficiently while I was still able to work from home. Everything was explained in detail so the end payment was no surprise.
It is a very clean process and the guys did a fantastic job. I have used Zerorex two times and like it because it is done with water and not heavy chemicals. I highly recommend them for cleaning your rugs. I had four rooms with carpet and also stairs to be cleaned.

Many of my stains were gone at time of service. The next day they were back. This has never happened. Usually the stains re appear after 4-6 weeks. It is almost as if the carpets were not cleaned. Disappointed...
We have been using your company every year for more than six years and are very pleased. The young lady that came out yesterday did a nice job and was very pleasant and helpful. The setting up of the fans seem to help quite a bit.
