David Cardenas was absolutely awesome. There were some heavily soiled spots in our carpet and he took the extra care to treat them and did an exceptional job. He is professional and very-hard working. We will absolutely request him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. He deserves a raise!
The technician who cleaned our air ducts yesterday left our house completely dirty. While he was working, my 8 month old baby and I were out of the house. I was shocked to come home after he left and see dirt, dust, and dead bugs in multiple places on our floors and to see and feel thin layers of dust and dirt on our furniture. Because I have a baby who is on the move and crawling everywhere and putting everything in his mouth, I immediately got to work vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting up the mess.
I called your customer service line this morning hoping that you would make things right. While the customer service rep I spoke with was very kind and understanding, her manager (who I didn’t speak with directly) seemed less then helpful or caring. He or she informed the rep I spoke with that you guys had to have pictures to be able to do anything to make this right. I consider that very poor customer care. Obviously because I was more concerned about the health and safety of my child versus sticking it to your company, the only thought that crossed my mind was to clean versus taking pictures of the mess.
So, because of the initial problem of the dirt, bugs, and dust throughout my house after the air duct cleaning and how poorly I was treated by customer care, you have lost me as a customer forever, and I will absolutely not recommend your business to anyone I know. I will also leave reviews on any platform I can to warn any other potential customers about how poorly you treat your customers.

Luckily, the technician was 6 hours early. Yes, he was scheduled for 4-6 pm, but showed up at 10:30 a.m. after sending me a text that he was on his way.
Because I wasn't at home at the time of the text, I hurried home, but didn't have time to move the furniture or vacuum. He helped me and he got the job done promptly and seemed to know what he was doing.
Actually, I was glad he came early because it gave time for the carpet to dry before the furniture went back in the room.

Protectant left carpet with a sticky film. Didn’t pull all the cleaner out of the carpet.

The rates seemed very expensive.. Our carpets weren't terribly dirty so I can't see a major improvement from the cleaning. We cleaned for hygiene and allergy purposes. I hope I get the value out of this or we may not do this again in the future
