Too expensive

Buck was professional and quick. The results were great.

Guys friendly and helpful. They did a very good job.

I don't think the grout in the main living areas shows much of a difference- some areas lightened up but not all or like I expected for the price.

Associate who came was very friendly and did a good job. That being said, the entire process was a lot more difficult than it was when I used you for the first time a little over a year ago. Your systems might need some work

ok I love you guys, but.....it's kind of B.S. to give away free tickets to a Ranger game that is PREDETERMINED, and during the middle of a business day.

I literally had 2 days notice to the game, and I cannot take off work to see it, so - the promotion was complete bullcrap in my view. At least give us the choice of maybe a handful of games, that allow some of us to attend on the weekend, perhaps.

Service is great, but the Free 2 rangers ticket promotion is - Crap. Sorry.

I really like the professionalism of your staff and the way our carpet looks and feels after it has been cleaned using the Zerorez system, We are repeat customers because of both of these reasons. It's very personal to allow someone into your home and in today's climate safety is of primary concern. I have never felt unsafe with any Zerorez employee.
I have to say that I still remember the first person who we had in our home. Buck did a great job and he was so nice! I thought no one would be able to top the job that he was able to do, but I was wrong. Dexter just cleaned our carpets and all I have to say is this young man was impressive. He was top notch for sure and I would definitely give him a five star rating. We will definitely request him for future carpet cleaning. Thank you Zerorez for being such a good company with great service, products, pricing and quality employees!!!
