I was worried at first because a big hump showed up in our commercial grade carpet after they came. I reported it and was disappointed the service tech didn’t tell me about it. I called a spoke to customer service and they said to call if it hadn’t gone down in 24-48 hours. But it went down within about 6 hours and is no longer visible. Some carpet areas took longer than 4-6 hours they said for dry time, but all was dry within a day. The service got rid of all the spots and the carpet looks great now. Glad to know now to allow more time for drying, but pleased with the end result.

Staff tried to cancel my carpet cleaning because of a truck being down. I had to push back and explain I took the day off work and had moved all the furniture out of three rooms to have this done. You really need to have backup plans when truck trouble happens. Both technicians were very polite and worked quickly I was hoping the carpets would have been a little cleaner but understand the carpets are 7 years old and one room was very damaged.
