Great service and great cleaning!
This is my 2nd time in a row to use Zerorez! I will definitely use them again. And, I would recommend them to family and friends.
However, I must say that the energy and vibe of the technicians who show up to your home is the energy and vibe that dictates the who visit. Also, the energy and vibe of the homeowner, will also dictate the end result of the service. I am all about equal matching energy and vibe, and I felt it was off primarily due to both me and the service provider were both unequally matched at the beginning of the visit. After I shared my feelings and the service provider heard my true views; we warmed up to each other. She did what I needed her to do for the most part. I must say that there were a few spots that she said could not come out that I was able to get it right away with a little dish soap and a Clorox wipes. I pray that in the future, when I use them again, that minor surface spots are kind of scrubbed or agitated just a tad so they can come off the surface. Thanks to my service provided for hearing my needs and trying a bit more to make this service as successful as you could.
The tech has great customer service. He did an excellent job and needs a raise.
I like that no detergents are used, so there is no residue left on the carpet. There is no odor after the service is done.
I've have used you multiple times. I am beyond annoyed at this service.
I was quoted 1 pm- 3 pm and he showed up at 3:45.
At checkout, he asked if I wanted him to "get the stain by the bed" this was after he loaded up everything and was ready to go. I said no, I'll try and take care of it.
He also asked if I wanted to leave a tip....never been asked that before and it's very awkward and off putting.
I had a special for $99 with 4th room free and my invoice was still over $300. I will look for a different company going forward.

Canceling assigned arrival time, huge hassle rearranging my schedule on a home move out date.
We have used Zerorez several times, and we’ve had an excellent experience. This time was no exception: the technician worked hard, was professional and polite. Our carpet is old, but he made it shine!

Easy to schedule services online, times were in two hour windows instead of 4-6 like many companies have and they arrived right on time. Friendly and professional staff who really did a great job. I've used them for my home and office and won't use anyone else.
Clean carpet good job
The technicians were very polite and professional. The room I was most concerned about turned out great. Unfortunately, the other room still has two stains and I am disappointed about that. The services were also three times the advertised amount. I'm giving a 9 because of the technicians. I doubt I will recommend this company to anyone else due to the "bait and switch" tactics used in the advertising.
Jesse was very professional and worked very hard cleaning and protecting our carpets. Our carpets look beautiful again! I used Zerorez due to recommendations from three friends who had used them. I will recommend them to everyone from now on.
Alberto came last week to refinish our black marble floor due to some boot tracks that were left after my carpet was cleaned. Alberto did a fabulous job! I would recommend Zerorez because they have wonderful customer service and people like Alberto that take pride in their work. Thank you!

When you cleaned my floor tiles and they dried there was a sticky film around all the baseboards and under edge of cabinets as well as streaks on the tiles which I had to them scrub off all the tiles.
Also the hose from cleaning the carpets left streaks on the hard wood floors that I had to clean up.
I was able to easily schedule my appointment online and I received several confirmations. The technician arrived promptly and conducted himself professionally. He performed the carpet cleaning and was very informative about all of the details involved.
