I have used zeroRez at our home in Carrollton Texas as well as now in Forney Texas. I will not be using your company again. I hate to be up sold and be put on the spot. I realize that you have your employees do this but it is quite frustrating to have a your quote increase by $120 for what you thought you were getting. Your pet treatment information is very deceiving in the fact that it is a small area for $75 as that was my main objective was to have my house treated for pet odor.

Fresh smell no chemicals.
I was really disappointed that the tech didn’t spend a little more time in cleaning my rug. Maybe 5 minutes. He only went over it once. For what I paid for such a small area he should have at least cleaned it twice. I told him the last tech had taken the rug outside to clean it but he chose to clean it in house, Which left water on different areas of my floor. He was only here maybe 30 minutes.

I have used Zerorez in the past… I don’t remember the carpets being so wet when you’re finished. Also the technician was very friendly and wonderful but for the services you get it’s just way too expensive for me

My carpet was filthy! Terrell did an excellent job of treating multiple types of stains and issues to bring my carpet back to life!!
