Our tech, Jessie, was amazing. I had spots on my carpet from recent construction I thought would never come out. My carpets are 3 years old, builders grade, and they look amazing. Like brand new. I’ve used Zerorez several times before, always pleased, but this time I’m over the top. Thank you so much.

The carpet was stiff after it dried. One of the rooms took 24hrs to completely dry and the others were still damp when we went to bed. The guys seemed to be doing a good job, but I don't know why it didn't seem to clean as well as in the past.
Your staff person was very personable and the lemon fragrance made the house smell so good!

Your policy states if you’re unhappy for any reason. I asked them to come back for a small area, offering to wait until a tech was in the area, and was told I’d have to spend 300$ on flash treatment to get them back out. What! I was told I “declined” such treatment. No, I told a tech I couldn’t afford flash and he said “oh that’s okay we have topical!” Which I gladly agreed and paid to. I understand it still might not be perfect and the policy could only be used once, yet still emphatically denied without additional 300$ after already paying 200$. Awful. So so disappointing. I’ve never gotten this service before and was really excited. Tech was excellent too and this review doesn’t reflect his service.

The products and service were great. Had some trouble with the scheduler,, but they made it work.
I emailed the company after Roberto left. We told him the rugs were soaking wet and hard wood oak floors were underneath. He did not attempt to remove the water from our floors as requested. He said in 4 to 6 hours they would be dry. We have recruited fans and tried to dry them out. In my email, I stated it was imperative a manager call me. No one has and at 4 to 5 yesterday no one answered your company’s phone. What’s that about? So sorry we chose your company. I’d like to speak to your owner but based on our experience,I bet he won’t contact me.
Once the carpet dry, you can still see that it is clean. Amazing what non-chemical can do.

I was disappointed with the way my carpet looked when it had dried. There were spots on it looking like water damage. Some areas looked as if they had not been touched. Never had my carpets to be cleaned looking the way they did with your service.
I’ve had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez several times and am always very happy with the results. I tell people about Zerorez all the time.

Your new texting system is so and annoying. Whoever you have working it asks the same questions over and over and books appointments without approval.
I was very clear about my schedule and when techs could come and in the end that was disregarded. I had to talk to management to fix it and it still wasn’t smooth.
