I have a dent in my metal door. Someone came and took a picture of it- commented it was very small as if it was no big deal. I don’t appreciate paying over $300 and then having a dent in my front door. No one ever called back as I was told would happen. Every time I call they say they will call me back. Very poor professionalism and I will seek another company.
Your technician was fast, friendly, and efficient. My carpet looked like it did the day we moved in aside from the stains that were a little more permanent. Amazing service!
Carpets always look new after cleaning and for weeks afterwards and with two large dogs, that's saying alot.

Professional, took care of our needs
After the technician had finished, we asked him about the traffic areas that didn't seem to return to pre-soil condition. The technician responded by going on about how he's such a professional and basically melted down and acted like a child that got their feelings hurt. Completely Unprofessional. Pretty ironic considering his self proclaimed professional status!! Either way, the cleaning job was good, just had some questions that could have been answered and explained without all the drama and theatrics...

Our tech was AMAZING! He went through the different rooms and explained what was needed and if there were treatments needed walked us through that process as well. He was courteous, professional and we could tell he enjoyed his job.

I am very pleased with the ZeroRez. this is the second time I have used them and once again they did a great job. I will still say that the cost of this service is over priced for sure. I will be looking into trying a different company to see if they can do the same job for a lot less.

The carpet is soft but I still doesn’t smell fresh like the time you cleaned before maybe the tech before use a deodorizer but I like the way the carpet feels on my feet

Technician, Diamante, was so postive and told me about Zerorez service. He was attentive to details and careful with my antique furniture. I have used Zerorez service before because of no chemicals and have been impressed with the postive and pleasant technicians.
