The technicians were wonderful and very professional, keeping me informed the whole time. Despite this, I am not very pleased with the results. At first I was thrilled with them. The large, dark area I was concerned about went away using the Flash service; however, it came back within a day. I feel kind of cheated with this, thinking it was better. Also, and maybe this is normal, there is a residue-like feel when walking on the carpet barefoot. Furthermore, one of our living rooms smells like urine? It did not have this odor the day of servicing after they finished, but it did come up since then and is highly bothersome. I'm going to try steam cleaning the carpet again myself w/ our at home cleaner, but am considering just replacing that living room carpet. I am just disappointed at having spent $600 for a service I am not satisfied with. Would not recommend to others.

Arrived as scheduled. Associate took us through the process, was attentive, answered all our questions. Care was taken to protect corners where the tubing ran and care was taken around existing furniture. Result was highly acceptable.

The carpet and rugs are not soaked, drying is faster. The gentleman that arrived was very professional and used plastic covers in the wall corners to protect. It’s pricey but I love the work they do.

No chemicals left behind!
5 hours late. Tech nickel and dimed me and kept commenting on how worn and dirty my carpet was. Told me even though my carpet is only two years old it would need replaced in 2 months. Because my bathroom was odd shaped he made an assumption it was more than 75 sq feet (because his phone wouldn’t measure it) and charged more. I can guarantee it’s not more than 75 sq feet but did not feel like arguing. I’m a recurring customer but will probably not use going forward.
Bobby was great!! He communicated when he arrived on site, went over the charges, and called when he completed the work. We had some issues getting into the home and Bobby did everything he could to get in and was successfully. Thank you for such great service. 10++++

Employees asked me for a cash tip as they were leaving which is very unprofessional. I had a poor experience prior and asked for the cleaning rep to not come back, however, this person came back.
