I called to let them know right after the cleaning my carpets the house smells like pet urine after paying an additional $180 for odorizing. This makes no sense at all. I’ve had the carpets cleaned before by your company and it didn’t smell the same. Smelled great for at least a couple weeks. Something isn’t right.
During my call I was basically told that I signed an agreement that said there was no guarantee. Poor customer service to leave a client hanging on after spending $500 in cleaning services. I could have gone to anyone and paid half the price and had them odorize. Very disappointed and unfortunately will not use your services again.

I have used you all several times and I’m always satisfied. I like that fact that the carpet dries fast and to the biggest part gets the carpet nice and clean.
Eric the technician seems to be thorough but he doesn’t pretreat if that’s even done anymore.
I feel bad given anyone a bad review but I’m just going with past experiences.
All in all the second time around for the job done.

After the last guy left one of my rooms started smelling like wet dog within an hour or so and has continued to smell worse. My dog was gone all day getting a bath, etc. so nothing new has been done to the carpet so far as all of the CYA legal forms are concerned. I definitely feel like it was a rip off.
First off they answered my call, did not put me on hold. I told them what the problem was and they gave me options to solve it and the cost. Spencer arrived on time with a big friendly smile. He was even sweet to my my little dog who thought he was here to play with him♥️ He was polite and knowledgeable, knew what he was doing. I am so happy with the results!!

Value and courteous tech
We have the original ceramic tile in our home, which was built 22 years ago. Over the past 5 years I continually contemplated replacing the tile because it never looked clean no matter how much scrubbing we did. We are now in the progress of selling our home and I decided to bring Zerorez in to clean our carpets and ceramic floors. Zerorez has always done a great job with cleaning the carpets and making them look new. However, I was amazed at how clean the ceramic tile looked. The tile shined like new and the grout was bright and restored to its original color. The floor looked as good as the day we moved in 22 years ago. My realtor was in disbelief when he saw the beauty of the floor. He will now be recommending Zerorez to his clients before showing their house. So, instead of spending thousands of dollars replacing your old tile, give Zerorez a try. You'll be amazed!

We had to reschedule our appointment due to testing positive for Covid and your company was very understanding and accommodating.
The technician that came was a really nice person. My dog (50 lbs) jumped into the house via left-open doggy door barking and coming at us, and all he did was smile and hold out his hand. The dog doesn't bite, of course, but I might have ran out of the house, if it were me. Just a nice guy, and you could tell. The equipment used all worked great and it was done sooner than I thought.
If I could make any suggestion, it would be to shift the pricing structure to be more consolidating of the various services. When filling out the form online, I felt like I was being nickle-and-dimed and I couldn't remember what all individual things needed to be (or could be) cleaned professionally.
The technician was courteous, efficient and pleasant. The carpet looked great after it was cleaned. The tile floor also looked wonderful.
I was not happy that I was not told about the $20 environmental charge (whatever that is) and also was not happy that a tip was suggested by the payment software. I had not heard of tipping a carpet cleaning technician. I understand, having Googled tipping for carpet cleaning afterward, that most large companies do not allow tipping of their employees. I was caught totally off guard and while this technician was wonderful, we had no idea how much to tip - we had already spent $400 for the service.

I though the cleaning took longer then it did. Was kinda of disappointed in how we were showed picture, how do I know the stuff was showed to us off our unit, your wed site did not show a person with a phone taken a picture, how do I know that was not someone else photo, the picture he showed us looked like an old unit and our home is nearly 4 years old, I was told the anti micro bacterial was put through tall all vents, and the guy said no. Almost 900.00 and this was just crazy, was told they would clean and move dry and he did not do that also, he did not show us or walk us around after the job was finished, my husband paid him and then I printed the receipt and it states we were walked around and this did not happen. I would not recommend your service to any one, having to pay alms 900, and I still have a smell that I spoke to the guy about. Also could never get in touch to ask any questions to management, just spoke to 5 different people trying to schedule an appointment. I feel your advertising on your page is false advertising. Un happy. Customer
Can still see stains that were not caused by chair wear and tear but it is better than what it was. Scheduled for 4pm, missed a call saying they had an earlier opening. Called back to ask them not to come early because I picked 4pm so we would not have to close the office too early. They said they would not but still showed up at 2:30pm anyways.

I appreciate that, rather than trying to add on services and additional cost, Zerorez was helping me try to save as much as possible, while still providing all the services I requested. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job restoring my carpet to its original condition.
