My carpet is 20 years old and it was looks great now
The carpet did not come clean in one room and looked worse than before it was cleaned. When I called to get it fixed the person first told me I just need to replace my 2 year old carpet. Then after several weeks and emails (where they tried to say my carpet was stained and I demanded he send me where that was notated…it wasn’t) they agreed to come out and re-service the room. The appointment was set up for Monday 8-10. I finally called at 10:30 and was told sorry that person wasn’t working today. I was then rescheduled for two days later from 8-10. I called in the morning to makes sure I was on the schedule since this was the second day I had to rearrange my work schedule. They assured me I was. Then at 10 after not hearing from the technician I called again (the lady was super friendly and apologetic) she assured me that he would be coming within the hour. The technician worked quickly and that was fine. To answer the question though no I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Your technician is very professional and personable . The carpets were cleaned to the point of being new and you were able to get out the pet stains and smells . I highly recommend your company .

The tech was very knowledgeable and nice. He knew all about carpet cleaning, pet stains, and cleaning Persian rugs. We had an issue with our first appointment but Zerorez was quick to make it right and I appreciate that. My parent's carpet looks and feels 10x better.

The carpet was stiff after it dried. One of the rooms took 24hrs to completely dry and the others were still damp when we went to bed. The guys seemed to be doing a good job, but I don't know why it didn't seem to clean as well as in the past.

Your policy states if you’re unhappy for any reason. I asked them to come back for a small area, offering to wait until a tech was in the area, and was told I’d have to spend 300$ on flash treatment to get them back out. What! I was told I “declined” such treatment. No, I told a tech I couldn’t afford flash and he said “oh that’s okay we have topical!” Which I gladly agreed and paid to. I understand it still might not be perfect and the policy could only be used once, yet still emphatically denied without additional 300$ after already paying 200$. Awful. So so disappointing. I’ve never gotten this service before and was really excited. Tech was excellent too and this review doesn’t reflect his service.
The cleaning has always surpassed my expectations. I have a lot of experience with carpet cleaning and I am always impressed with the results i see after a cleaning. The technicians have always been very friendly and very fast. Thank you !
