Zerorez does not use toxic chemicals for cleaning your carpets and that's what I love about their product for cleaning
I didn’t like that my carpet was only cleaned where needed most and not totally. And I was charged extra for a very small space that in the past I was never charged for. I don’t know if this is a normal procedure but in the past they have pretreated the carpet before the actual cleaning but not this time.

I received a VIP savings coupon in the mail from Zerorez. I had my carpet cleaned earlier, but just before the end of March, I called and scheduled Air duct cleaning. I was quoted $375 a piece for cleaning each of my systems (I have 2). It was to include the vents, return and plenum. I was offered antimicrobial for $775. I was not told anything about bronze or anything else. When Joseph H arrived and I showed him the inside units. He immediately started taking pictures inside and showing me the fan blades and other parts inside. I felt like I was in a "bait and switch" situation. I was furious. He told me that what I had ordered would be useless without cleaning the fan etc. I would have kicked him out if it weren't for your outrageous service fee. I love the carpet cleaning, but probably will not use you for duct cleaning again. I also do not like signing the invoice without reading it first. When I got the printed copy, it has my signature to items with which I do not agree. I did not do a final walk through, so he had me sign to a lie. Not happy like a usually am with you.

My carpets don't smell fresh like they usually do after cleaning. The guy was very nice and extremely thorough. I am just disappointed in the smell.
I still see stains. Not one time was it ever indicated or said that all the stains could not or did not come out. I didn’t even look at the carpet until the day after treatment and my eyes were drawn straight to spots. For over $200 spent and with no indication that removal would be an issue, I am disappointed in this service. I had heard great reviews about y’all and this was a let down. The guys servicing were absolutely wonderful, but disappointed that I can see stains. I didn’t say anything at the time of cleaning (and I’m certainly not in the know about this), but I would have thought that the carpet would be cleaned to a point where dirty junk isn’t coming through the hose, but all the way to the end, I saw black/gray junk. To me, in my mind, carpet is clean when you no longer see that. At any rate, again, just had higher expectations and especially for the cost. The guys themselves were very kind and respectful.

my rug was not clean it still had random spots all over. The spray that was used was still on the rug.the is not worn it is only 4 year old and only one person live in the house. I don't know what you can do to make thing right.. The person doing the job seem to think that the spot can't be cleaned, but I disagree.

Great customer service, expert technicians. We have used Zerorez for years and have always been pleased with the result.
Did not show up as scheduled window time. My appointment was scheduled for 1-3pm. I didn’t get a text until 3:30pm stating the technician eta 35 more mins. Disappointed. I had to make arrangement to be there for the time allotted. This was also my first time with Zerorez.
