The associate was very polite and did a great job here.
We have lived in our home over 30 years. The carpet was in need of cleaning, despite our regular vacuuming and spot cleaning. We had 4 rooms done. The crew was on time, very courteous, and very professionsl. We are delighted with their work, and will use Zerorez again.

Jeremy was an amazing technician. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding my carpet cleaning service and I’m very happy with the results. He also helped me change out my air conditioning filter and I was happy to learn Zerorez also offers an air duct cleaning service. I will definitely book more services with them in the future.

Thoroughness of the employee
The technician was amazing. However, the dispatch people really stressed me out. They almost gave away my spot because the technician was running ahead of schedule?! We chose the time we did because that was the time that worked for us. They called and said our time had been moved up 2 hours. When I said that we would not be ready before our scheduled time, they said they weren’t sure that would work. For real? Finally they agreed to come at the scheduled time. If the technician had not done such a good job, we would not be recommending Zerorez. He deserves a medal. I’m sure other people meet him already frustrated.
My chairs were not cleaned and they were ripped. I had zero rez pick them up and fix them, but they are all still dirty.
1) I don't like the 'upselling' trying to get protectant added, etc. Maybe once the customer says what they want done over the phone, send an email ahead of time explaining the add-ons the technician may discuss further with you so the customer is better 'prepared' to know the extra options and costs, etc.
2) I know that it is 'Zerorez', but I wish there would have been a 'clean' smell, instead it smelled musty with a little dog odor remaining (for me, this was a cleaning for dog urine spots mostly).
3) My lease favorite thing was asking me to add a tip at the end. This is for a carpet cleaning service, just like any other home services, it is not standard to tip. I probably disliked this the most and since it was at the end when settling payment, it just left a bad overall experience.

When the man left after cleaning our carpet, we had to get down on our hands and knees, (we're in our late 70's), to SCRUB our tile floors adjacent to the carpeted areas cleaned. Standing water was left in some areas, and the film which was left was horrible and difficult to clean up--it took a couple of times to get it all up.
This should be avoided or cleaned up by Zerorez before leaving the home.
The service was great. But, when I had to pay on the app the first thing I was ask was about a tip. I just paid 400 dollars for my carpet and I am expected to tip for a job well done. Employees need to be paid well. I am happy to pay more for the service, but I don’t want to be asked to tip.

We have been using Zerorez for quite a few years. I was a little disappointed this time . Our den that we get cleaned each year was considered over the square footage for the first time ( the room did not grow and with the furniture that does not get moved, the entire room certainly does not all get cleaned) .... and our office area that we get cleaned is well below the room size limit, but there is not a discount for cleaning a very small room. We also had an approximate 1 square foot area in another room treated where our grandchild had thrown up... it was new carpet so it is not supposed to be cleaned yet... I probably should have mentioned the three rooms for $99 / get 4th room free to get this spot treated.... there was an extra charge for this very small area.... seems like a lot of "nickel and diming' for extra charges .... But I was happy in the fact that the rooms were cleaned well, as usual.
