Zerorez cleans my carpets and removes the dirty traffic pattern on my carpet from my dog. On time or arrives early most of the time. My carpet looks new again!
I loved EVERYTHING about this experience. From the very first phone call, all of my questions were answered and I was made to feel comfortable about the entire process. I was notified of everything in a timely fashion. The best part was Ricardo, who went over and beyond in servicing my unit. He walked in very professional with shoes covered and a mask. Explained everything and showed me via pictures. Because the process was already thoroughly explained over the phone, I opted to upgrade my plan. Ricardo did not try to force extra plans, but very knowledgeable about the process i was very comfortable with upgrading. He went over and beyond, was very thorough, and respectful of my home. One of the very BEST experiences I had with customer service and the work performed. I immediately had to raise the temperature because of the air ducts were thoroughly cleaned. Loved every minute of it!!
