Easily scheduled an appointment online, service providers showed up within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour window, they were very professional, did what I asked/didn’t try to upgrade or sell more, job was above and beyond what expected (had stains I thought were permanent but were gone), finished the job reasonably fast, AND finished with clear instructions and easy payout. Highly recommend!

Don’t see a huge difference in my carpets.

The technician did not do a good job in cleaning my carpet. He did not bring all the equipment inside my home to clean the carpet. The technician arrived at 8:56a.m. and at 9:32a.m. he was finished and had emailed me the invoice. This thirty-six minutes time frame included bringing in the equipment, cleaning the carpet and taking the equipment back out. This included cleaning three rooms and a hallway. This was the worst cleaning I have had with Zerorez. I have used Zerorez for several years and I have never had this poor quality of work.

I've used many carpet cleaners but never very satisfied with their work. First time using Zerorez and I was 100% satisfied with the end results!! My carpet looked brand new, smelled fresh and it dried quickly. Also, the young man (Jessie FW location) who did the work was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Those other carpet cleaners will never hear from me again!!!

I really would not use another company, I do not believe. C. J. did a very fine job and I believe that he cared what he was doing. He was polite and also congenial and enthusiastic about his company and I am, as well. I appreciate your environmental concerns.

There were two Persian type throws that he would not clean. The carpets, I do not believe are that valuable, so I was disappointed that they were not cleaned. Otherwise, all was excellent.

I am very handicapped and one of my throws is still rolled up. It is the large one and I have worrisome thoughts about what to do with it. One I could handle and I am using it but the other, I cannot handle and the person who helped me vacuum before he came, does not want to put it back over the clean carpet, so I must find someone else to do it.

I think everything went well.

I thought the house would have some sort of fresh clean smell but it didnt have any smell at all.

The carpet had stains in two places after cleaning, requiring a return visit to remove them. The carpet protectant was sprayed so heavily you could not push the vacuum cleaner forward when vacuuming. It had/has to be pulled backward. Multiple calls requesting to speak with a manager were not returned. In frustration, a stop payment was instituted on the check rendered for payment. We now will not recommend Zerorez and have no interest in further service or damage to our carpet.

Amazingly clean. Didn't realize that my carpet was that color.

The service is great, the technician was on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job. It just didn't quite get the smell out like I was hoping it would. But I'm dealing with pet odors so I understand it's a tough thing to tackle.
