I spoke to someone on the phone Friday. Jesse knicked the paint on the leg of my kitchen island when he pulled the hose out of the house & made the plastic corner protector bang into the legs. I sent photos.

The tech was fantastic, this in no way reflects on him and I need to be clear on that. However my out the door price was $120 MORE than what I was quoted and a few items I originally bought were not clear as to what they were so I didnât even get them. Everything felt like a nickel and dime tactic. Got the couch cleaned, picked âsectionalâ then a piece of the couch had to be considered an ottoman for extra, then the protectantâŠextra(which is fine I get it). Ordered a pet treatment, only covered a 12â spot and was extra $60 for another spot 2â away so opted for an all over carpet superficial type spray that I had to sign a waiver stating I was told might not work. I understand business and selling of products but it seems like EVERYTHING was an add on unless I just wanted water and a vacuum on the carpet. Maybe if things were a little more transparent before hand but $120 more than the quote and the end of it all I donât feel like I got what I originally set out for is tough to swallow.
