The service is great

The person who did the service was GREAT. Absolutely great. He was very respectful and helpful. My rating has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would recommend for carpet cleaning but would not recommend for tile cleaning. My tile has spots (kind of like water spots) that I'm having to hand scrub and I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to get cleared (still a work in progress). I still had sticky spots on tile in my master bath more than 24 hours after cleaning (kind of gross). Spots were not noticed until after it dried so I wouldn't have known while he was here. Again, I want to stress that this has nothing to do with the person who did the service. I also was expecting my tile to look better than it did (readily agree that maybe my expectation was too high).

This has nothing to do with the technician that came and did the work. He was polite and respectful. He also explained to me well what he was doing and did a great job.

I paid almost $500 for a job that took only an hour and a half. I paid an extra $60 for pet protection that i was told on the phone would make my carpet smell fresh long term. After days of drying though, we walk into the house and you can smell the carpet and it doesn't smell good. It smells like dirty water was used without any kind of detergent. All the stains in our carpets and rug are still there and the carpet doesn't smell fresh and just smells dirty like an animal.
Again, nothing against the technician, i think he did exactly what he was supposed to.
I've rented carpet cleaners from Lowes for $35 for a day that cleaned my carpets better than what was done though and wouldn't ever use or recommend this service again.

You delivered what you promised and it was affordable. Service was prompt, courteous and professional. Randy communicated the job well, got to work and finished on time as promised. Carpets were cleaner than they have been in years. Best service and product I've received in many years from any company I've done business with. The guy cleaning was fine. The main reason I had you come out was to clean the large rug. The price to do that tripled upon arrival. So I ended up cleaning it myself. I did not want to do that....

The technician was on time, explained what he was going to do, and did it. Alberto was very courteous and concerned about he work he did.

ZEROREZ helped me when I needed an emergency cleaning due to a death in the family. They are always my go-to carpet cleaning company. The technicians are always friendly and very knowledgeable about what the do. My carpets looked great.

Zerorez does not use toxic chemicals for cleaning your carpets and that's what I love about their product for cleaning

I didn’t like that my carpet was only cleaned where needed most and not totally. And I was charged extra for a very small space that in the past I was never charged for. I don’t know if this is a normal procedure but in the past they have pretreated the carpet before the actual cleaning but not this time.

I received a VIP savings coupon in the mail from Zerorez. I had my carpet cleaned earlier, but just before the end of March, I called and scheduled Air duct cleaning. I was quoted $375 a piece for cleaning each of my systems (I have 2). It was to include the vents, return and plenum. I was offered antimicrobial for $775. I was not told anything about bronze or anything else. When Joseph H arrived and I showed him the inside units. He immediately started taking pictures inside and showing me the fan blades and other parts inside. I felt like I was in a "bait and switch" situation. I was furious. He told me that what I had ordered would be useless without cleaning the fan etc. I would have kicked him out if it weren't for your outrageous service fee. I love the carpet cleaning, but probably will not use you for duct cleaning again. I also do not like signing the invoice without reading it first. When I got the printed copy, it has my signature to items with which I do not agree. I did not do a final walk through, so he had me sign to a lie. Not happy like a usually am with you.
