The long the cleanliness lasts.
Your Tech was Great! Your office customer service team was nice but your scheduling and time frames are horrible. He was running behind by 2 hours out side of the time frame, your CS team called and informed me. My family had to stay some where else ALL DAY which was a Huge hassle. Another issue is my appointment was scheduled for a Sunday then last min you call me to tell me your system made a mistake. That was a huge burden and caused me to franticly shift everyone's schedules around your mistake and take off work with out pay costing me a lot more than what your service was charging me. I wasn't offered a discount or any compensation for our troubles, we were made to feel like Zerorez told us " Deal with it". Not very professional.
I will not be recommending your service to any one I know and I wont be using your service again.
The tech was polite and knowledgeable and did his work quickly and cleanly, I appreciate him very much. But the rest of your service was terrible and inconvenient.
Need to step it up if you are to continue to offer a service to the public, you need to meet their needs, not what's convenient for your business.
Your technician, Dexster, was very professional and did an excellent job explaining the process. He was very helpful in communicating how to continue the maintenance of our carpet. Well done

After the reclean I had it still seemed as if the floors were rough. However, they are better and seems to have resolved "itself".
The young man who did our clean was very personable and willing to help and do what I needed.

I called because of a special i saw. I had a small (8” x 8”) spot on a rug. Instead of the “special” price i was charged $123!!!!
