The technician was very friendly and just doing his job with the equipment supplied. I have no complaints at all against the technician.

My complaint is that my carpet appeared to be much cleaner while wet. After the carpet dried, I do not see much difference. One of the bedrooms looks as though it was not cleaned. There were still stains on the carpet. I was able to get these stains up with warm water and a cloth, but the Zerorez equipment did not get them up.

I’ve used Zerorez in the past and gave them another shot. However, I think I would go with an alternative carpet cleaning company in the future.

I paid to have the smell taken out in the two areas and nothing was accomplished.

The representative seem to work very hard but I'm concerned that there was dirt left in my carpet. After he left, I walked across my carpet in white socks. The bottom of the socks were stained with brown residue. I can only think that this was dirt. After the socks dried they appeared as though they were tea stained. The rep had to restart his equipment a few times from his truck so possibly it was the equipments fault. Nothing against the rep, he was extremely friendly and strived to please. It was only evident after I walked across the damp/wet carpet.

Zerorez is seriously the best - best customer service, best technicians, best service, best carpet cleaning!

Carpet not clean and looks Like it faded the color in spots! Didn’t notice fading til it dried! I thought no chemicals where to be used ! I pointed out the stains to the rep but he didn’t seem concerned!! First time having this carpet cleaned since installed ! Very disappointed!
