Great job and service
Hi there. I’ve used y’all numerous times in the past for carpet cleaning and I am completely happy with that. But I used your tile cleaning & sealing services today the first time. And to say the least I am not happy with some aspects of the service.
Let me first say that the overall reason I wanted this done was to get the grout cleaned and sealed. The grout looks great! No complaints there. Where you did fall short is the cleanliness of the tiles. There was a film and haze left on all the tiles. To the touch they all felt sticky. I just spent my evening mopping them to get this film off and I’m going to have to mop again tomorrow to hopefully remove it entirely.
The other complaint is two spots of damage. The first one is where your tech’s device handle scraped against our wall falling to the floor. Originally it was a long black scuff. The tech advised us of the accident and told us he could get it off. He did, but in doing so he rubbed off the paint and even the texture. The other spot is where he pulled the hoses around the corner rubbing damage on to the wall.
Your tech was extremely polite and professional. We didn’t notice the film (because the floors were still wet) nor the extent of damage on the one spot or the other spot at all until after he was gone.
After paying almost $600 for this service I wasn’t expecting to have to do so much work after. Is there any percentage you can refund me to make up for these issues including the repair of the wall (by the way we just closed on our house back in May so we’re sad that we already have this kind of damage)?

Carpet was very wet and took over 48 hours to dry. The room now smells of mildew and was treated with the anti smell treatment.

Our technician John was very professional and so kind. Most carpet cleaning companies are very pushy and constantly try to upsell stuff you don’t need. The cleaning was great too but we will pick Zerorez again because of the service he provided. Thanks!!
I have always been happy with the results with o-Rez through the years! BUT….. This employee was amazing and exceeded my expectations!!! He took his time and did a complete transformation of the couch which I had little hope for!!! O-Rez should be thankful for such an amazing employee!!! I will never use another service!!!

Very disappointed you wouldn't come back and complete the cleaning. Your business model is all wrong if it depends on the person who has to perform the revisit for free making the decision, and there is no diwn side fir saying no, why retreat, ever. There's no upside for the technician. But you, the company, lost a long time customer.
Jeremy did not do a thorough job. He left soap in the shower grout lines showing he did not clean it all. There were dust bunnies on the bathroom floor grout lines showing he missed that as well. The grout in the kitchen did not get cleaned all the way to the wall which left a color variation all around the perimeter. Grout lines near the door did not get done either., as apparently the machine does not reach that far. Alberto came second and fixed what Jeremy left but it was a spot clean not a redo. So I appreciate Alberto but what else was not done properly the first time? I did not go cheap. I spent over $800 before tips, $1000 after tips. I will use you again but only if Alberto comes.

I love the way my carpets turned out but your scheduling needs work. They kept changing my time, calling the day before and then changing it back. Communication in the office seem to need work. Still, the carpets look great.
