I already sent email with no response but the pet treatment was a total waste of 60.00...once the carpet/rug was done it was sprayed a few times but I had to pay 60 for a gallon...so we should have been given what we paid for so it could be used by us....there is no way we even used 1/4 of it...its was an area rug....

Carpet not as clean as before.
Had dining room/kitchen Tile floor done this time. Very happy in some parts, but not all.
Also - Confused.
Heard her in master bdm 1st, then living room. I went to check on her because she was in 2nd bdrm already.
And was totally surprised, she had already done dining/kitchen.
Do you use same equipment for both?
How can remaining dirty areas in there be cleaned?
She didn't want to mop, said she be soaking wet when she came back in. I said can you take money off, she just asked again. Said she left poncho in car, I told I had one, she says no. She said would be bringing water in. I said I didn't want to do something I paid for. She was not happy.
I ended up cleaning up a dirt spot that was there before she came, once wet floor dried. Please follow up with phone call.
