Quick, efficient & thorough!
Excellent service
My carpet is still wet and the technician left 31 hours ago. I teach piano from my living room and wasn't able to have lessons in there today because the carpet was very wet. I have had the AC and a fan going all the time.

there was a stain on my carpet and your customer service was horrible. I had to call 4 times the next day because I was always told someone would call back and they didn't.
After I sent a picture I was told it was not Zerorez's fault it was because I did not accept pet treatment. I haven't had a pet for over 2 years and it was not a pet stain.
I was told you would only clean it using an extraction treatment and due to the size it would probably take 4 - I was not paying $300 to have that area cleaned.
I had Stanley Steemer out the next day because I was having a party and had to get the carpet recleaned. They told me the stain was due to poor suction and leaving the carpet too wet.
They cleaned it with a normal cleaning, no special treatment, and it cleaned up perfectly.
Your customer service was rude and wrong. I had used Zerorez before and if I ever had a problem afterwards someone always came back to see the issue without having to send a picture. And usually resolved the problem. Not this time.
Kind and fast service
Everything is wonderful. You arrive on time, do a great job on the carpet and leave all looking great. Keith did an exceptionally good job on this visit.
Technicians van left oil spots on my driveway. I was also disappointed that a 12 square foot closet counted as an entirely different area.

Fresh small
The 4 inch hose used during the cleaning made a mark about 12 inches in length. I’ve used my cleaning material but it will not remove it. The company couldn’t tell me what I could use to maybe get it up.
Also, I had a particular stain that I mentioned when scheduling an appointment. I wasn’t told it would be an extra charge to try and get it out. I was given an amount I was being charged. The technician told me it would be around an extra $25. The person I talked with later did get the amount I owed back to what I was quoted.

The Service person was great, checked out my carpet to see where the stains might be. Cleaned my carpets and they look New.
