The service technician did a great job of explaining what he would be doing to clean our carpets and to sanitize for pet odors in the carpet.
Appt was for 1-3 tech showed up at 2:45. It took until next day to dry and seemed to not be as clean as I thought it would be. Felt as if I could have done a better job. The tech was as nice as can be and professional.

I ordered services online. There was not a way to request cleaning an area rug so I chatted online with a representative who said when they received my order she would contact me about that charge. She also said that they would apply a coupon code when they received my order. I never heard from her and when the service person came the bill was twice what was quoted online. $550!!! I wasn't home when he came and so didn't get a chance to talk to him. My husband was not aware that the charge was so much higher than quoted.

This is my 2nd time in a row to use Zerorez! I will definitely use them again. And, I would recommend them to family and friends.
However, I must say that the energy and vibe of the technicians who show up to your home is the energy and vibe that dictates the who visit. Also, the energy and vibe of the homeowner, will also dictate the end result of the service. I am all about equal matching energy and vibe, and I felt it was off primarily due to both me and the service provider were both unequally matched at the beginning of the visit. After I shared my feelings and the service provider heard my true views; we warmed up to each other. She did what I needed her to do for the most part. I must say that there were a few spots that she said could not come out that I was able to get it right away with a little dish soap and a Clorox wipes. I pray that in the future, when I use them again, that minor surface spots are kind of scrubbed or agitated just a tad so they can come off the surface. Thanks to my service provided for hearing my needs and trying a bit more to make this service as successful as you could.
The tech has great customer service. He did an excellent job and needs a raise.
I like that no detergents are used, so there is no residue left on the carpet. There is no odor after the service is done.
I've have used you multiple times. I am beyond annoyed at this service.
I was quoted 1 pm- 3 pm and he showed up at 3:45.
At checkout, he asked if I wanted him to "get the stain by the bed" this was after he loaded up everything and was ready to go. I said no, I'll try and take care of it.
He also asked if I wanted to leave a tip....never been asked that before and it's very awkward and off putting.
I had a special for $99 with 4th room free and my invoice was still over $300. I will look for a different company going forward.

Had a great experience! Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Carpets are much cleaner than they have been in years using other companies. They are soft and feel new again! Highly recommend
