Fast service. Friendly technicians that work with you to find the best solution to your situation. The pricing is mostly good. We've seen a good improvement to our carpet since using Zerorez. We had some areas with heavier pet stains, and after a few rounds, we are much happier with the impacted areas. Recommended!

In addition to being extremely intelligent, he was patient---and kind.He explained, defined, and described the process unti I had no more questions. He stayed focused on the process and on ensuring the job was thorough and complete. Two days later I can tell the difference! My quote to clean an entire room was around$200.00. When the technician arrived he said I needed to pay around $900 due to the size of the area to be cleaned. He kept saying his treatment only covers a basketball size area, yet when you reserve your services, you choose an entire rom to be cleaned. ,The technician said their where numerous locations in the one room that needed to be treated. Because I was out of the country at the time, I had no choice and agreed to the additional cost because he said they could get it 90% clean, with regards to the urine odor. I arrived home yesterday and it still smells exactly the same as before. The urine treatment Zero Rez uses simply does not work and they bait and switch when they show up is just wrong.

I have used Zerorez services since moving to Plwnobthree years ago.
Last week, i called and scheduled service for Friday. The technician was very efficient and polite; the entire service didn’t take 30 minutes.
And early this week, I noticed that two areas where not as clean as I hoped (one was a spot where date honey spilled out if my suitcase and the second was a line of carpet between my bed and an area rug that gets more tracking).
So I called your office, expecting your receptionist to say something like, “No problem; we will have our technician come out and re-clean those areas.” Instead, she said,”Can you take some photos of the area?” So I dutifully took some pictures immediately after our conversation and sent them to you (I think that was Monday)…and heard nothing.
So I called yesterday (after waiting almost a week for a response) and told your receptionist that, given the poor service I had received, I would no longer use your services.
