First impression of technician was not favorable. He watched a disabled senior female move boxes without offering to help. He was snippy and disrespectful. Later, he finally began to act with some kindness and respect; however, the damage was done. I was disappointed in the final state of my carpet. I have listened to the KLUV commercials for years and so decided to try ZeroRez out. I was disappointed with the entire experience.

It was absolutely the worst experience and on top of that, terrible customer service to follow. The guy took :30 to clean upstairs carpet (large space with multiple rooms and closets) and did not do a thorough job. My husband tried with a small machine and got up so much dirt and black water and sent pictures to you all. When speaking with the company, the manager wouldn't believe us and said he was going to come out with a UV light to inspect what we were saying. The worst experience and will not be recommending or using you all ever again.

Our office carpet took a beating with over two years of overspray from chemical disinfectants. Not only were the obvious stains removed but I also trust the removal of unseen build up went too. The technician, Tony did a great job with the stain removal and negotiating the tight corners of this office building.

We had 3 bedroom cleaned - the master bedroom was not cleaned properly. My husband and I had to rent a Rug Doctor from Home Depot and spent 3 hours recleaning the carpet. We then hired another company to come and clean it AGAIN. This gentleman let us know that he used to work for Zerorez and the problems associated with your company. The technician spent less than 40 minutes in the home.

My husband contacted Zerorez to get a refund due to our dissatisfaction - we were told this couldn't happen. Zerorez wanted the opportunity to "make it right". The soonest date to "make it right" was Sept. 6th - my husband explained that the house was being put on the market for sale and we needed a sooner date. Zerorez was unable to fulfill our request.

We want our money back. We spend $250 with your company and still had to spend more money and our time to fix what you couldn't.

The technician was enthusiastic about cleaning our carpets and diligent with the particularly dirty areas. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the carpets when finished.

We were thrilled with the way our very dirty older carpet looked after Ibis finished cleaning them. This is our first time with Zero Rez and have never had a better job. We will be calling them back.

I love that Zerorez leaves the carpet clean and without residue! Technicians are always very professional and courteous.

Michael Hunt was ABSOLUTELY amazing! We have never used any type of carpet cleaning before but he walked us through what he was doing the whole time. My small daughter asked him a million questions and he was so kind and friendly to her. He never acted annoyed but acted like she was special. My carpets smell amazing and they feel fresh. We have decided to do this each year because of how wonderful they feel. I will recommend Michael Hunt again to anyone that uses your company. He was professional, hard working, and thorough. He made the whole process easy.

The carpets look streaked which makes me question the effectiveness of the cleaning. BUT worse than that was the carpet cleaner said the final bill was $150.00 and when questioned to see the invoice changed his story to the total being $111.00. Then, he joked he wouldn't be "getting a tip."
Really, his behavior was bullying and intimidating. It's frustrating men feel it's so easy to take advantage of single women.
I'll be sure to let my friends know and the Christian radio station (94.9 KLTY) in which I heard your advertisement.

Very friendly and professional service! Our rug and couch came clean as we were watching, so satisfying!

Easy to schedule (and reschedule when needed!); very friendly and efficient staff; most importantly our carpets are clean, even the a few very difficult stained areas. This is our third time using Zerorez. We're a committed customer who will only be using this service in the future.

Tristan did an excellent job. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We could not be more happier with the service provided. We have other rooms to get done on a later date and if we could have Tristan back to do these room would be great.
