Last time it was great. This time my husband was here not me so when I got home the Grout in the bathroom didn’t look like it had really been touched. Also I have a inhome daycare which is why I get Zerorez every year for a good cleaning. There was a small spot from a pizza bite that is still there. Very disappointed this time.

Super friendly service, job was done in a timely fashion, cleaned up, made great suggestions, overall exceptional.
Did a very nice job. Our carpets were cleaned by 9 a.m. We ran fans in each room and the AC all day (said the carpet should be dry by 2:00 pm). It was still very damp. We had five fans in the main bedroom to help dry it out and two fans each in the other rooms. When we were ready to retire for the night, the carpets were still very damp. The next morning, they were still very damp. This time we put all the fans on again and turned on the HVAC to heating and turned the temp up to 85. We left the house for several hours. When we returned, there was improvement, but still damp to walk on. Continued with the process. Not until Sunday did we feel we could begin returning everything to the rooms. (The carpets were cleaned on Friday a.m.)

The problems started before you even came. I signed up a week in advance for an appointment between 10 and 12noon. Then two days before I get an email saying you'll be arriving there between 1 and 3. That is not what I signed up for, it's not what the confirmation email that I received said, and it wasn't going to work for me.
I called, and after one disconnection and a long wait, I got the arrival time adjusted to 11- 1.
The technician was WONDERFUL. Very upfront, did good work, and was on time.
I would not recommend Zerorez because your commercials say that my carpets with "look and feel like new". But the technician explained that high traffic areas won't get all the way clean (I never thought of my bed room as "high traffic"!) but she worked on it.
Also, the commercials says that my carpets will be dry in just hours. Technically, I guess that was correct, but it was over 32 hours before I didn't feel the wetness and could put my furniture down, having to wait for for two days.
I didn't realize I would have to move all the furniture by myself until I made the appointment. (Does that make sense to have the senior citizen lady moving all the furniture?!)
The tech who came was wonderful. but I feel your advertising is far less than honest. I would rather have some shampoo used and get all the grime out than not get it all out. I didn't know what I was really signing up for.
She told me I could just cancel with no charge, but there I am with all my furniture moved into the living room so that we could clean the bedrooms, I have a special needs child, and who knows how long it would take me to get an appointment with someone else. I just went ahead and did it.
I was also disappointed that the "3 rooms for $99" turned into more than a $200 bill.
No, I will not recommend Zerorez. I felt that I was misled on almost every step of the way, except for the honesty of the technician.
Your technician (Carlos) was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job on our carpets. They looked like new.
