They do an amazing job. I though I would be needing to get new carpeting until they cleaned it. I’ve used many carpet cleaning services in the past and the spots somehow keep coming back. Zerorez is the the very best.

I think your prices were very expensive. I expected to pay about 100.00 plus pet treatment maybe another 100.00 but I was at 450.00 when he left. Yes I did agree to the added charges but it just added up so fast anc the guy was a great salesman. He was very nice and carpet looked great ..just too many extras, add one.
Because of the cost, I would definitely warn anyone considering zerorez to be aware upfront cost expectations are not realistic. Expect to pay more.
I am going to buy a carpet shampooer so I never have to call someone in again.

Provide large rental floor fans for customers. Customer deposits cash to cover actual cost of
the fan. Zrez picks up fan(s) next day. Objective is to provide an additional service for a
minimal. Say, $8. Not much revenue, however, I would have really appreciated the customer
care.

The technician assigned to us, Rafael Hernandez, was on time (we were called in advance to advise he was on his way) and was very professional, polite, very careful around the furniture and extremely thorough with his work. In all the years we have been using your services, Rafael was without a doubt the best technician to date.
We like the fact there is no chemical or product smell of any kind. Our carpets and area rugs dried within 24 hours and look like new!

Tech did a great job. Took his time and made sure my duct work was clean as can be.

Technician came out twice to finish the job of cleaning the ducts. Not effective, Debris still flying from vent every time A/C is on. Technician said the reason why the debris was still flying was that there was another duct over behind the installation in the attic.

Original ducts cleaned was on August 29, and he said that he would finish cleaning the ducts that was in the installation when he would come back on next visit which was the September 12th.

Debris still flying in food, all over bedspreads. carpet, bathroom sinks, etc.

We would like a refund for this service, so we can have another company come out to finish the job.

I do not want Zerorez to come out again!!

No residue

No chemicals!!! I live an organic lifestyle and use no chemicals if at all possible. The carpet looks great and I no longer have a severe allergic reaction when working in my office. This is important because our business is focused on health! So pleased.

The man who came and cleaned the carpet & my recliner was very nice & did a great job in a minimum of time.

I have a # of rental properties. I always use zerorez as the final step in my "make-ready" before a new tenant moves in.I schdule A week in advance to make sure the carpet is dry.Property was serviced 9/7.I inspected on 9/14. To my suprise $$$ the AC was chaned from 78 degrees to 70 degree and the ac fan was moved from auto to the "on" postion.Every ceing fan in the house was running and on the very highest speed.
I'm sure your tech thought he was doing the right thing...However; If that was his plan I should have been advised when we spoke and I paid the bill.

The scheduling process was a nightmare. I was given a date and time for Wednesday September 14. On Tuesday September 13th I received 2 calls and an email changing date and/or time 3 times within 90 minutes. The people who picked up my rug were very nice and efficient but the rep I spoke to the first time was not well informed and could not answer my questions and then, clearly did a bad job of scheduling. Zerorez has my area rug for cleaning now and I am somewhat anxious to see if they complete that process satisfactorly. Also, they require payment in full when they pick up the rug before any service is completed. If the cleaning is not ok, I anticipate major hassles in sorting that out.

I’m not impressed with the level of clean. I’ve found stains that weren’t removed, etc. Re-clean? I’m not sure.

Better on details such as use of corner guards. Better pricing or discounts for repeat customers.
