I had an independent carpet cleaner come and as a result, I have black gluey patches on a step. I could not get it up. I finally ended up cutting it off. Nice ugly step now.
Alberto is wonderful and very expert at cleaning. He walked me through and showed me some stains he would get up and by darn, THEY ARE GONE!

My technician was great. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name and I wish I did so please let him know he did a great job. He took so much care with the pet stains we had knowing we were putting our house up for sale. He pretreated and was so conscious of getting it right. He took his time and didn’t rush even though I’m sure the job took longer than he had anticipated. Carpets look great.
I have used Carpet Tech two times in past and never felt like they did a good job. I can say after zero res was done I noticed the difference. I have already recommended you on our neighborhood Facebook page and to friends.

Showed up and took advantage of the elderly person who was there to charge for a $60 spot cleaning which wasn’t cleaned. I will contact Wendy social media site and the better business bureaus if this is not rectified.

Loved the tech, Spencer! But was surprised to find $19 environmental fee & $9 fuel charge. What started as a $99 fee ended up being a lot more than I planned on.

I only wanted a deep clean with a pet treatment. I was quoted 143.00, then it went up to 1000.00 then back to 500.00 then 300.00 & I finally agreed to 180.00. When he finished he tried to charge me over 300.00 & I said no, we agreed on 180.00. I still ended up paying 208.00. To this day I never received a final invoice. It was very unprofessional &, a little scary. I made multiple calls back to your office & was assured I'd receive a detailed final invoice because he didn't include the pet treatment on the first invoice that said unpaid balance, I paid cash & signed waivers of things I did order to start with, I never received it. You were rated high on the internet so that is why I called you. Everything was so disappointing & frustrating from the time the guy "Dexter"arrived. I would never recommend you Company to anyone. He said drying time was about 5 hours & it took 3 days. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.
