Let me preface this by saying that my mother has recently moved in with us, and she has a male dog that loves to mark.
I love that my carpets aren’t soaked with cleaning product. I love that my house smells clean, and I love knowing that cleanliness is not simply perfumes masking the stink.

Service Rep only swiped once over each area of Carpet. Never touched closets off of bedrooms. Nothing more than a basic vacume. My prior carpet cleaner ( who is deceased) did a million times better. We have pet stains and know they can come back up after cleaning. But just basic traffic areas that had light soiling aren’t even clean. Waste of money.

Jesse the technician did an amazing job. Our company has no problem with the quality of work. Your company was referred to us by a couple of our clients, and overall you quality by far exceeds expectations. The pricing though was a little hard to swallow. When I went online to get the quote and schedule the appointment, the quote was for $1200 and that included the Gold program for Duct Cleaning. The duct cleaning itself was quoted at $900. Since we could not schedule both services the same day, we just went with the floors cleaning and do the duct work at another time. When Jesse came out he did his quote and his quote was over $1100 without the duct cleaning. That floored me. Especially the two rooms of carpet were just traffic area cleaning which I could have done myself for $100. Our company is big about not giving sticker shock to our customers, so we just have a real thing about that. I was only expecting to pay about $400 - $500 for the service so imaging my shock when he told me $1200 before I talked him down $100. I went with the service because I had a good feeling about Jesse, and he did not disappoint me. As far as the duct work, we will probably now go with another company. We are now stand offish when it comes to how your company adds costs, and now we fear the duct work cleaning would be even more. Overall I gave a 5 star rating only because Jesse did so well and impressed me. If it were not for him, I would have probably scored lower.

The customer service and how knowledgeable the techs are
When I scheduled the appointment, I was quoted a price of approximately $154 or $159. My special was 3 rooms for $99, 4th room free. The amount paid was over $100 of the original quote. Please send me an invoice at your earliest convenience. Very satisfied with the work, but not the costs. Wondering if maybe your tech did not have the correct special.
