The price, as compared to a year ago was outrageous. I called and suggested that either last year’s or this year’s measurements were wrong. $510 in 2021, and $902 in 2022. Just too much difference. The space was the same for both years.

Well informed tech and the process Zerorez utilizes seems to remove more dirt than My previous carpet cleaning service.
Work was excellent. Our technician (Diamond I believe) was absolutely professional, well spoken, clear and concise with what the job would entail. He treated our home as if it was his very own with how he worked.

At this point we are extremely disappointed in the results of the service we got yesterday. We spent over $900 to have the carpets cleaned (should have only been the $99 originally), but wife went with the technician's recommendations about the extra stain and odor removal for the pet stains. She had to go back to work, so by the time she returned the technician had already completed the job and left the premises. She followed the aftercare instructions to a "T" and did not walk on the carpet and put the air at the correct temperature. When she returned to the house today, she said the carpets look worse than when you began. There are large stains all over one room. I'm not sure what has happened, but someone needs to come out and fix this! At almost $1000, these carpets should look almost brand new!!! If you can't fix it then we NEED a refund!! I'm in the military and move all the time, so after 22 moves, this is the worst my carpets have EVER looked after a cleaning and over twice the price that we have EVER paid. I feel like you took advantage of her/us and price gouged us. You came highly recommended, but I know I won't give you any referrals after this.

Pet stains came right up with the pet treatment. Carpets looked brand new after the service was finished.

The add on fees for station treatment and such really should be advertised in advance. As it is, every time I've used Zerorez, there's always the extra in order to get the top line treatment. I am always please with your workers, and the service provided is great mind you. But when the extras come up to potentially $75 per sq ft of stain, that can really add up. Advertising that in advance could help prepare your customers for what they're really getting into. A service that i expected to be $450ish wound up costing nearly $700. That's a lot of money for some of us who have to budget carefully for this sort of thing.
