The service I received was excellent. Your costs are high and for that reason I’d not recommend to everyone. Perhaps a select few of my friends.

The service tech that came out was so nice and personable and came up with a plan for my carpet that I was able to afford. He did such a thorough job and I was very happy!

I had Zerorez do the air duct cleaning at my house. As promised during the appointment scheduling and also as mentioned in Zerorez website, I was expecting the service to include before and after photos to verify it is ZEROREZ® clean. But I didn't get such before and after photos.

I sent an email to Email address removed on Sep 21st asking for before and after photos. But I couldn't get any response.

So I don't know how it looked before and how it looked after Zerorez AirDuct cleaning (and don't even know how much Zerorez cleaned).

I have had Zerorez do carpet cleanings and grout cleanings at my home before. And I used to give a score of 10. This is the first time I am giving Zerorez a score of 5.

The technician was super nice & polite. It's either the product or the equipment that ledt our tile floor grimey, chalky and visually unclean. Your 2nd technician cleaned it well but we lived with the icky floors for 5 days. We also originally had our living room rug cleaned. Waitedto put it back after the 2nd re-do cleaning and noticed it smells like amonia now. Even though he treated it before cleaning.

I appreciated the response when I asked the gentleman doing the cleaning, he was polite, took time to explain what & why he was doing. He explained everything he would be doing. He arrived on time and got right to work.

I will have your company again and again as I am very pleased with how the carpeting looks. Very clean, nicely done, good service.

Charge less for cleaning tile. Compared to the carpet cleaning, it seemed to be the same amount of work but 2-3 times the cost.
