The price I was quoted on the phone was not what I was charged. My husband was the person who paid, and he did not know what the original quote was. Please refund the difference. I was quoted 248.00 before tax. My husband paid 370.00. That is a huge difference from what I was quoted. I will not use your company again for anything unless I get a refund. I will also let people know of the bad experience that we had. I have used your company several times in the past so you will be losing a regular customer.

The associate who cleaned the carpet was very nice. We let the carpets dry for a few days but they still look wet and not as clean as we hoped.
Our technician, Tyrell, was on time, polite, efficient and thorough. He was very careful and paid special attention to the areas I pointed out as concerns. Our carpets look great! If all of their employees are as service-oriented and conscientious as Tyrell, then I have no hesitation in recommending Zerorez to everyone!

The young man that came and cleaned our carpet was wonderful and very helpful. He explained all the options for our cleaning and then I was able to make a good choice. The Products worked very well it removed most of the spots and the carpet looks newer that it really is.

We have had techs skip steps when cleaning our carpets...they don't scrub the carpets before the cleaning. We were not aware until the 4th time when they were scrubbed. I mentioned that it wasn't done previously and was told that it should have been done. Also hard sell to purchase products we didn't need. I've had to call for a 2nd cleaning twice.
