Staff needs to clarify requests from customers - I had the wrong section cleaned and was told I'd be charged to clean any additional sections of flooring.
This is the 2nd time for me to use them. I have a geriatric cat who sometimes marks. They get it out every time!
My timeframe was 10-12. I didn’t get a call until 11:50 that the technician was going to be late, between 1-2. I got a text that he was 20 mins away and then a call, but he was there in 10 mins and was upset that I didn’t answer the door right away.
I also originally went from 3 rooms for $99 up to $300 total. I had to pay extra for the rugs even though nothing special was done to them and the floor under them wasn’t treated so essentially I paid more for no reason
I showed a spot in my living room and after the guys left I noticed it the spot was still visible though lighter, it's still showing.
My carpet looks brand new!

James did an excellent job, even removing a stain that had been “unremovable” for several years. I have used Zerorez in the past, but James did the best job. I will continue to use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning.
