My carpet was so badly stained. This was the last resort before replacing it. Your representative did an excellent job of explaining what options they were and the results were fantastic. I now have several more years of service out of this carpet and will be using Zerorez for many years to come.

THE CARPET COMES OUT SO SOFT AND FLUFFY
This is the 2nd time using Zerorez within a 4 year period and our first and this last experience were fantastic. The technicians that came out were polite, kind and very attentive. The carpet was clean as said and everything went as stated and was charged as quoted. Would absolutely use them again and again!

Quality of work
Came early and was very polite and told me to check rooms for spots and he would re do it. Dried fast.
Carpets look great and feel fresh and clean without slick residue left from harsh chemicals.

First off, I want to say that my technician was very good. He was polite and worked very hard and did a good job. I have no problem with him. I do, however, have a problem with the temporary fuel fee and the toxic waste fee. Neither one were mentioned when I made the appointment. The price of gas has gone down and a truck full of waste was deposited in my drain on my property which cost you nothing. Also, no tables or chairs of which I had very few of could be moved because he had not been supplied with carpet protectors. I do not think it is ethical to pass on your cost of doing business to your customers without first telling them that the fees will be tacked on to the invoice. I could have refused to pay them but I didn’t.

The price isn't really $99, it's $189-199, and the extra room size isn't totally true. It's only like a couple of rooms so I don't know if I will use it again.
Thus was my first time using Zerorez. I loved the products and I loved how the gentleman explained each product he was using
Telephone communication was not great. Truck driver rolled over some small guards backing out of my drive way. Prices seemed high. Satisfied with cleaning, though!

As the tech was performing the duct cleaning the smoke alarm kept getting set off until the Arlington Fire department showed up (Tech should have known how to disengage the alarm before he began the work!)
After the work was completed, the tech was not able to restart the AC unit. We had to call HVAC company to inspect. It cost us over $1300 in repairs. We were told that if the duct cleaning tech would have had the AC unit shot down properly, this could have been avoided.
The tech did a good job cleaning the ducts, however he left a messy floor behind.
Spoke with a Zerorez rep on the phone who's first reaction was to say that it was not Zerorez' fault. I had to ask for a manager before another tech was sent out to verify.
The carpet cleaning was good. Nice experience with Alberto. He did a fine job.
professional and fast
Isis (spelling?) was our technician and was very aggressive and needed to be in control. She ignored my request to not yet go back to the master bedroom to access the closet, but she ignored me and replied she had to to know the distance. My wife was very embarrassed (still in bed) and it was too late as Isis was standing there at the door looking at her, so my wife told her that it was okay.
She wanted to clean there first as it might be the furthest distance and it was Zerorez standard practice. I understand that, but it meant disrupting my wife. I asked her to please make an exception. She agreed, but as she walked off she audibly “huffed” out loud in frustration.
I have more concerns about her behavior, but I will stop.
I think she did a good job and she is obviously a diligent worker who wants to do a good job. I believe she needs more awareness that others may have private personal issues to contend with requiring her flexibility. I know she is a good person and a hard worker.
