I love the way my carpets look after they are cleaned by Zerorez. There has never been a time in the last 5 years that i have had a bad experience. The techs are very informative and helpful.
Isis was our technician and she was very nice. She was mindful of our cats and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. I would highly recommend Zerorez as the folks they employ are kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus the pet friendly, non-toxic products they use are a big draw for us! The carpets look great!

I like the fact that Zerorez cleans carpets without using harsh chemicals or detergents. I appreciate the technician being on time and working efficiently to complete the job. He also kept me informed of his progress and politely answered my questions.
