I have used Zerorez for many years and would never use any other carpet service ever. In 22 years of owning our house we have never changed the carpet. The following reasons are what makes Zerorez in a category of their own.
1. The technician that came to our home did an outstanding job. When he left there was not one mark left on the carpet it was if it had been bought recently.
2. He was very knowledgeable and gave good sound information what would help the carpet last longer.
3. The product itself sells itself with the appearance afterwards and the duration of time the rug maintains its clean appearance
4. I feel confident with the customer service that I received

The price, as compared to a year ago was outrageous. I called and suggested that either last year’s or this year’s measurements were wrong. $510 in 2021, and $902 in 2022. Just too much difference. The space was the same for both years.

Well informed tech and the process Zerorez utilizes seems to remove more dirt than My previous carpet cleaning service.
