The carpets almost look new. Randy, our Technician, was incredibly polite, kept the work area clean at all times and simply a credit to your organization
Very organized. Tech was very careful with that big hose. Also treated some spots that I was glad to see gone.
Not all stains came out of carpet, even after targeted treatment. For cost of service, we expected stains to come out. Our technician was great though
I have used y'all for some time. Always had a thorough carpet cleaning. This time several spots remain. The main stain I pointed out still is there, less so but still noticeable.

Superior cleaning with no residue of detergents or chemicals. My carpets have lasted longer too. Service reps are always knowledgeable, they listen, and very polite.
The carpet was really wet after it was cleaned. We had to run fans from m the time cleaning was finished to all night into the next morning to get it to dry. I have never experienced this with other cleanings Zerorez has done for us. We can usually start putting furniture back after 6-7 hours.
The carpet looks clean and the tech was professional but maybe rushed abit not making sure carpet was not soaked.

Great technician and the carpet actually feels clean.
Mr.Campball was prompt, very polite, and friendly. He introduced himself, ask us if we needed furniture moved and got started.
He answered all our concerns.
