The service person was polite and worked quickly and quietly. Our floors always look so nice after they are finished. Bad blood spot was dissolved.

Very professional staff
I spent over $1000 to have a professional carpet cleaning service come out versus using the carpet cleaner I have at my house to work on some urine stains from pets. We paid for the “flash cleaning” that cleans into the carpet pad. The stains are all still there. The young man, Mr. Last name removed was very nice. We tipped him $40 cash an additional $20 on the credit card. I don’t think it was anything he was doing wrong. I just don’t think the chemicals do what we were told they would do. He left at 1:30 PM on Friday and at 11:30 AM on Saturday the carpet was still damp. When you check the carpet when they are finished it is still very wet and you can’t see the stains until it is dry. And they look just as dominant as they were before they were cleaned on Friday. I would either like someone to come back out and remove the urine stains or refund us for all the extra money we spent on the stubborn stains that did not come up. As if we were only paying for a standard service with no Flash cleaning. I would much rather not get a refund and have the urine stains gone. But if that can’t happen I expect a refund.
I had begged my husband and twisted his arm to pay for this service versus doing it ourselves because I told him specifically I wanted the urine stains gone and I knew the carpet cleaner at our house would not do this. So he is very frustrated as well.

No chemicals, fresh scent while carpet dried. Cleaning only took an hour for 4 rooms and a hallway. Keith was a fantastic technician.

Clean and efficient
We had the carpets and tiles cleaned upstairs. The carpets are fine- it is old so I didn’t expect too much. However the tiles in the bathroom didn’t even look like they were cleaned. I’m the grout around the bathtub and toilet wasn’t any better than it was prior to the cleaning. To be honest it looks The same as if I had just ran a mop over the tile. To make it right I would like some kind of refund for at least part of the tile. Thank you for your consideration.

Fast and professional
The service I received from the technician was outstanding and the people that I spoke with were polite & helpful. My one issue is that my initial appointment was for 3:30 - 5:30 and after 2 additional contacts, the work was done at about 12:00 noon. This made planning my day very difficult as I was not on site.

Keith was an excellent service rep. He was extremely courteous and professional. Keith keep us posted all during the cleaning process and made sure we were aware of each step taking place. We have both carpet and tile floors cleaned with this service. The results were excellent. The tile floors look outstanding. The carpet is a bit old but looks really good now. We highly recommend ZeroRes. Everything was done as promised and the results was extremely good.
Mario did an EXCELLENT job! Had many pet stains in the carpet and I honestly thought it was hopeless. Mario came and assessed the issue and explained to me precisely what can be done. No communication and over 6 weeks to get my rugs cleaned and they have yet to be returned.
Cleaning at the house was fine. I would recommend immensely that. However I will not recommend having runners and smaller rugs sent out for cleaning as I still haven’t received the rugs and when I call they say still two more weeks. It’s been 6 now.
I’ve found the employees knowledgable, thoughtful, and thorough. My carpet has looked great, is never crunchy, and stays clean-looking for a long time.
Dave was very professional and conscientious in making sure he could get my carpets clean. They looked drastically better afterwards. I will definitely use them again!
