i booked my appointment online. everything was wrong when the tech got to my home. they had me down for a hall cleaning. instead if calling me to talk about it they came on out and i was charged so much. i feel like i was taken advantage of pricewise. you can give me a credit for half of what i paid.

Several stains were not completely removed and the couch just doesn’t smell fresh

Love how clean my carpets look and how fresh the whole house smells after! The technician is knowledgeable and efficient quickly completing the job.

I could have cleaned our own carpets with the carpet cleaner we own but I knew I would have to hire a professional to remove some urine pet stains. I paid the extra cost to have the “flash cleaning” done where it removes it from the carpet pad. The stains were just as noticeable the next day as well as the carpets were still wet almost 24 hours later. They had Mr. Last name removed come out again yesterday. He mentioned there might’ve been something wrong with his machine last time as the carpets shouldn’t have taken that long to dry. So the suction wasn’t pulling what it needed to pull out of the carpet padding for an example. He went back over the pet stains again and the carpet wasn’t near as wet this time when he left. But the stains are still there. If I would’ve known it would not have paid the few hundred extra dollars for the deep cleaning/flash cleaning. So I feel ripped off. I had to twist my husbands arm to allow this additional financial cost. My husband wasn’t happy with me either after it was all said and done for talking him into spending $1,000 to do a job we could have done ourselves for practically free outside of paying for the carpet Detergent. We have done it ourselves before where we cleaned our upstairs carpets but still had pet stains remaining afterwards.

Clarence was very personable and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and got our carpet extremely clean, almost like new. Stains were completely removed. Service was quick. We definitely will call on him again.

I am very pleased Zerorez, I have used them for at Leat 3 times over the past 8 years. From the time I booked the appointment, I was provided with ongoing updated information to the time the teach would be at our hose. The tech did an excellent job at cleaning our carpets, he provided information and checked in with us before, during and after the cleaning process to ensure we were satisfied with the results. Our carpets are several years old and Zerorez gave them an extended life! Thank you Zerorez!

My carpets feel crunchy after the clean and I am not happy at all. It was such a waste of money I get my carpets done because they done feel clean at all they actually felt cleaner before they came. They were not in time and rescheduled 6 time for my appointment. I was not happy with the guy who came out to do our carpets because when I asked him if the floors are suppose to be soaking wet he said to me they are not soaking wet I said yes they are and he again said they are not soaking wet, what do you want me to do, go back over it. I said forget about it and he did come back and go through again but I don’t think it’s right arguing with a customer, especially one who is paying for a service. Overall I wish I never spent the money and will be telling everyone I know to not use this company

Was really pleased with the service again. This is the third time using zerorez for my carpets upstairs. They always do a wonderful job.

We had a couple of carpet stains that would not come out. Our technician did a great job removing those for us and we are very pleased with the results!

Based on my experience with Zerorez, I won’t ever use their services again. Technician came to my house despite my saying I was not available at the time and being specific about when I would be available (they called to ask if they could come early because of cancellations). I was also underquoted for a sofa cleaning despite being very clear about the size of my sofa. When I called to review each of these issues in detail, the person I spoke with simply lacked compassion and empathy.
