The carpet looks great but shouldn’t charge for an “oversized” room when actual carpeted area that can be cleaned is less than 200 sq ft. Room might be slightly larger than 200 but half of floor area is covered by furniture.

The technician that was here didn't get up a BIG stain. One of the times we had a big stain, the technician told me there was a way sto get it up. It was something he put down and jumped on and that stain did not come back. The guy that was here was done very fast and didn't seem to work on stain.
I would like someone to come out and try to get it out..

Pricing for two very small closets was unreasonable and way overpriced...
Invoice received was $59.53 less than the amount I paid the technician. Never heard a resolution after calling the office.
Fast professional and wonderful service. Technician did a fabulous job carpets are cleaner than I have ever seen them to include some old stains we had thought were permanent. Can't recommend enough and we'll be using them again as we have in the past.
The technician was great and did a good job. I’ve had my bathroom title cleaned twice over the last year. I don’t understand why there is so much standing water left on the floor. When I noticed it, I dried the floor myself. Three hours later when I went in the water closet, there was a puddle of water behind the door and up against the boarder. It caused the paint to bubble in a couple areas.
My carpet took 24-48 hours to dry. I have a pet waterproof padding. I was surprised it took so long to dry.
Did a professional job and the price was good.

The staff works hard and are very professional.
The technician (Rafael, the Ninja Turtle!) was great; he worked steadily and gave us tips along the way to keep the carpets clean with some preventative maintenance. We were able to schedule during a "4 rooms and hallway" special and it was a great deal! We like Zerorez for many reasons, among them the fact that there's no residue and it's safe for children and pets. Very good company for carpet cleaning!

The cleaning was sufficient enough. Some things cleaned out, some didn't. I was actually expecting a little bit 'fresher' of a finished product. What I was very bothered by, was that the equipment from the van, VERY clearly was poured or spilt all the way down my driveway, which left a stain that has continued to take a 'long' time to wear out. That was a general service side that I didn't anticipate.
