No leftover residue
I was quoted $300 for only my upstairs carpet. The gentleman came in washed the carpets and charged me double the estimate at $600. I went out of town to see my in-laws the same day hoping no traffic or pets would help not bring dirt for the holidays.
When I came back home after the carpets dried with no one or animal in the house and the stains were worse than before!. It’s almost like this company just came out for $600 to make everything worse.
I’m definitely using Stanley Steamer from here on out.

When the service technician finished with my home, I asked how long it would take for the floors to dry. I was told 4-6 hours. 14 hours later (at 2:30am when I got up to use the restroom) my carpets were still wet even with ceiling fans running the entire time. Extremely disappointed. I called the next day to make a complaint. The person on the phone wanted to schedule to have someone come and take a look and see how they could make it right. At that point, there was nothing they cold have done. I had some wet spots in my closet but there was not going to be any correcting of that as I had fans on the places to hurry the process up. I asked to have a manager call me back and that never happened...again I am disappointed at the level of service.

Decent prices, great product as there is no soapy residue and drying time is fast.
The service is hit or miss. The pricing is inconsistent. There isn't a way I know of to be able to judge how well the cleaner does before they leave because I can't walk upstairs while it is wet. This time I was over charged and the cleaning was not great.

The carpets don’t really look cleaner. I still have syrup stuck in the carpet. It was a really recent stain and even it didn’t come out.

Service from technician and no chemicals
This time I signed up for the first slot of the day. This time they were timely and did a great job, getting in and out so I could get to work. Other times they would run 2-3 hours behind the allotted time.

The tech tried to bill me $75 for 12 gallons - $900!!!!!! of "flash" treatment. I declined telling him no way. He offered 4 gallons. I specified where I wanted it used.
He did not ask me to do a walk through, brought me the paperwork, which stated I DECLINED services which I didn't.
After he left I inspected the areas I asked him to concentrate on and there were still visibile stains and odor. I called the office to get him back to rectify the still soiled area and was told the schedule was "very busy" and would have to rescheduled for another day...
I called the office to complain, left a message and didn't hear back. Called again to complain, asked for the manager and had to threaten to stop payment on the check and was advised the manager was going to call me. I never received a call back.
I have used Zerorez for over 15 years and have NEVER had this horrible of service.
Hello, i received a text for feedback and responded there but have not received any follow up from you on it. In summary, the tech was great - polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did have a spot treated and it smells worse now then it did before. I could have saved myself the $75. It did absolutely nothing and am quite disappointed with the solution used. Also, have a few other areas that still smell damp or has a pet smell even though the whole room was treated for it. It just felt like you put warm water on my carpet and that was it. Very disappointed...I thought your treatments bring freshness...
No residue like other cleaners. Have used them for years. I think our carpets are lasting longer.
