I was surprised they didn’t try to move small furniture like side table. Just felt like they went around everything vs how it has been done in the past where they would move or lift items, clean and then put the legs on the blue blocks. He did a nice job on the open carpet and he was a super nice guy.

The service technician showed up on time, did a great job and was very professional.
When we booked the appointment, we were advised that there would be 3 people performing the work. Dave was the only individual that did the work but was very diligent and hard working. A second employee arrived around 5:30pm and helped finish the office restrooms. We still have some areas that need to be cleaned but will need to reschedule as we ran very late on Saturday.
We are satisfied with the work and would like you to assign Dave to the remainder of the work that needs to be completed.

The carpet tech arrived early and went right to work. He answered our questions politely.He cleaned the carpet very well. I was very pleased with my carpet cleaning experience.
I was pretty disappointed that one of our rooms still smelled of dog pee after it was cleaned. We had the technician come back, and she explained that the smell was coming from the carpet pad. I understand this is the case, but I would have loved a re-clean at no additional charge.

It has taken a long time for the carpet to dry. That has been the only drawback. We are two days out and the carpet is still damp.
