We had Zerorez come and clean our carpets in our new home before we moved in. Once we arrived after they were cleaned we noticed there was a dirt path around where the bed used to be and a dirty feet smell in the room. We decided to rent a machine and redo the cleaning again ourselves. We could not believe our eyes at how dirty the water was at dumping the first tank of water. I took a picture and called customer service at Zerorez. The agent gave me a separate number to text over the picture and as of yet (it has been 3 days now) there has been no response. Keep in mind the picture was taken 5 days after Zerorez cleaned our carpet.

The "main" guy that did most of the work has been with the company for 2 years. He was awesome. He was training a new-hire and did such a great job.

It is ridiculous that you charge $45 additional dollars for a small hallway (which I included in the bedroom bc it's continuous - there is no doorway separating the two).
Very nice job cleaning some stubborn stains and Charles W. was professional and polite. I did have one stain resurface after drying so I will look forward to Charles coming back out.

The technician that came out was named Isis. She was rude to me from the start. She didn’t introduce herself. I asked her twice. She seemed to be in a bad mood. She took a phone call from another customer & used a curt tone with her also, saying “of COURSE I know where Saginaw is” I’ll BE there. She was in & out the door in less than 12 minutes. I didn’t see her spray anything. She wet the carpet in each room, ran the suction wand over it & was out. Four rooms, less than 12 minutes. I immediately sent a report to Zero Rez, but no one contacted me. I’ve been using y’all for many years . Name removed

The technique utilized definitely works. My carpet which is a very light color (off white/light beige) and it is spotless. The tile grout is a light color as well, and it is cleaned to its original colot (except in very tight corners where the machine could not get). I am very please with the work and also the professionalism of the technician who did the work.

I really appreciated the extra care our technician Raphael took by putting corner protectors on our walls and my vintage church pew before he cleaned. This ensured our walls and my pew were not damaged by the hose. Thank you!
