The associate who completed the tile cleaning and sealant told us at the end that the sealant only lasts 11 months. This should have been disclosed prior to booking, as it is the main reason we booked the service.

The service tech is always extremely polite and knowledgeable on the products. My rugs always look brand new when they get done, and stains literally disappear! Best thing is, it only takes between 1-2 hours to get it ALL done!
