Very thorough snd safe cleaning products

Tech did a thorough cleaning in every room he cleaned. However, he forgot to clean my small downstairs bathroom.

Friendly provider that explained everything very clearly and answered all questions.

I like to clean the process and no Harsh chemicals.

I would recommend your company because the cleaning was very good. I was going to reschedule due to the weather and other circumstances beyond my control, but the service man turned it into a solution where he was able to clean the carpets for Christmas. He saved the day!

Terry was very professional and knowledgeable of the Zerorez products. He explained all that he was doing to my carpet and showed me all the dirt he was able to extract. The product he sprayed onto the carpet smelled like oranges! So good!!!

First time they came out they did t clean the rugs and carpet good. Had to send someone else out and he got the rugs clean but carpet still not clean feeling.

The price was significantly higher than expected, and I've use Zerorez several times in the past to clean the same areas. The last time was just several months ago.

Love the customer service from start with the phone call making the appointment to the finish with the technician. The carpet was cleaned beautifully and dried so quick. I would say it was completely dried within 4 hours. Would call again as job was done perfectly!!
