My carpets look great, but the technician knocked a big piece of woodwork out of the master bedroom door jamb. I didn't see it until after he left. Careless work!

Non toxic carpet cleaner! It looks great!

Was charged an extra $75 to clean up a spot, but it's still there just the same. Now there are more spots where the suction piece is placed on the carpet after each stroke. It's like dirty water was used. Takes far longer than the stated 6 to 8 hours to dry.

My service was excellent and I love the clean carpets ....and how it looks..Feels like newer carpets :-)

Keith was the best about the services, total professional and a plus for the Zerorez team.

Would change service from 4:00 to morning appointment. Very inconvenient when family come home at 6:00. Floors are too wet. Thanks

I was hoping that the treatment would get rid of odor from cat urine, but unfortunately it did not work. It did remove the stains though. I ended up using an enzyme cleaner purchased from Petsmart that seems to be working to eliminate the odor.

I like that there’s no sticky soap residue, and that they offer a deodorizer in case you don’t want your carpet to smell like wet dog!

The technician was very helpful in explaining the process of cleaning the carpet and how long it would need to dry. The process of using water to actually clean the carpet is important to eliminate the use of chemicals .

Didn't really remove the odor and the price per gallon was outrageous. I would not spend the money again for this service. Best part of the experience was the service techs who were professional and polite.

The concept and methodology

What I dislike is the price with the technician is different from the conversation with customer service. Give me the full rate with fees and taxes over the phone. This has happened twice and is an annoyance and a distraction.

They do not use chemicals

I signed up for the "buy three rooms and get one free" special. That was delivered and the tech did a great job, worked quickly, was pleasant to have in the house. I moved all the furniture so the tech wouldn't have to deal with that. The result was that the tech ended up only having to shampoo half of each room. He also shampooed one hallway (about 4' by 15') and asked if I wanted him to do a closet (about 3' by 4') in one of the bedrooms he shampooed, which I did. Remember...he only shampooed half of each room because I'd moved the furniture to the other half, away from the traffic patterns I wanted vacuumed. I was pretty surprised when he charged me $30 for that tiny hallway (smaller than half of any room he didn't have to shampoo) and another $25 for that itty-bitty closet space. I've used another company in the past and they have not charged for those spaces because they didn't actually shampoo any full rooms.

Again...the tech did a great job. But I was disappointed in the way the job was charged. I'll use the other company in the future.
