Cleaning method
Your rep Caesar is a credit to the firm. He dos the job, does it well all with a friendly attitude.
Appointment times should be less flexible.
I called for the 3 room + 1 special at $99, then added my kitchen tile, which with the island is not close to 20x20, so should have been 1 room (and I would be fine paying for 2). I was charged $481; even with the extra tile, that is more than double what I expected.

Technician was great. I did not like that I had to pay a significant bunch of fees above the quoted price.
I feel like paying so much to clean our rug was a waste. It does not look any different and still smells despite the added treatment.
Also, I would have appreciated being told that you were out of furniture risers. I wanted my carpets cleaned under my children's beds and would have made preparations if I had known you would not be able to do so.

Your employee that serviced our house (Javier) was awesome.
The price for the service on the website did not match what we had to pay. A sofa on the website was $120 and it was quoted at $280 when the Tech arrived. She did discount it to $200. I should have pushed the issue but we needed the service that day.
