Clean and efficient

We had the carpets and tiles cleaned upstairs. The carpets are fine- it is old so I didn’t expect too much. However the tiles in the bathroom didn’t even look like they were cleaned. I’m the grout around the bathtub and toilet wasn’t any better than it was prior to the cleaning. To be honest it looks The same as if I had just ran a mop over the tile. To make it right I would like some kind of refund for at least part of the tile. Thank you for your consideration.

Fast and professional

The service I received from the technician was outstanding and the people that I spoke with were polite & helpful. My one issue is that my initial appointment was for 3:30 - 5:30 and after 2 additional contacts, the work was done at about 12:00 noon. This made planning my day very difficult as I was not on site.

Keith was an excellent service rep. He was extremely courteous and professional. Keith keep us posted all during the cleaning process and made sure we were aware of each step taking place. We have both carpet and tile floors cleaned with this service. The results were excellent. The tile floors look outstanding. The carpet is a bit old but looks really good now. We highly recommend ZeroRes. Everything was done as promised and the results was extremely good.

Mario did an EXCELLENT job! Had many pet stains in the carpet and I honestly thought it was hopeless. Mario came and assessed the issue and explained to me precisely what can be done. No communication and over 6 weeks to get my rugs cleaned and they have yet to be returned.

Cleaning at the house was fine. I would recommend immensely that. However I will not recommend having runners and smaller rugs sent out for cleaning as I still haven’t received the rugs and when I call they say still two more weeks. It’s been 6 now.

I’ve found the employees knowledgable, thoughtful, and thorough. My carpet has looked great, is never crunchy, and stays clean-looking for a long time.

I liked it before when 2 people in lieu of 1 came out. Also I liked it better when my rug was taken outside to clean instead if inside as I have hardwood floors. I got the water off the hardwoods that I saw but can't see all. Also I had a chair cleaned the still.kooks dirty to me. Therefore I feel.like I wasted the money to clean the chair. The tech you sent was at least nice and seemed knowledgeable except for the rug in my den. I don't like the fact that you must vacuum first. I always do however the first time I was told it was not necessary as their vacuum was much powerful.. when you are 72 somethings are hard to overcome out of the way. Also the tech was hear around 8:30 and I slept of the couch as my carpet was still wet. This didn't happen the first time. So no I don't think I will be using be using you again unless your specials are really good. At least I know what to expect now.

Fast good service

Let's start with the time - was supposed to be 4-6 but got a call at 8:30 am that tech would be there within 30 minutes. Let's talk about before and after - and how it's my fault that it didn't get cleaned as well - how about lying on the invoice!!!! He told me he was going to treat one area with Ming Spray and that I needed to put a fan on it - which I went and got but he didn't apply ANYTHING - the invoice seems terribly misleading - WHO MENTIONED PET STAINS????
This morning I notices stains in one room that had NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE!! So let's create stains for the customer!
He tested an area that wasn't a recurring stain - and I'm like whatever - that's a new stain.

I have done my own carpet cleaning for years - raised 8 kids and NEVER had recurring stains until I bought this house. I THOUGHT (stupidly) that Zerorez was reliable because KLTY recommends them - LOLOLOLOLOLOL - NOT! I moved here a little over a year ago and have had recurring stains that I thought you could do - hahahahaha!

Have you read all the HORRIBLE reviews online? You are a terrible company. I get the idea the ONLY carpet cleaning you can handle if it had NEVER been cleaned before and has NO STAINS - then and ONLY then can you clean it.

My first experience with a carpet cleaning company and it was horrible - you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

I didn't appreciate ONE BIT that the lying tech had me sign the invoice without seeing what I was signing - I thought I was signing for the payment.

SMH at how horrible and pathetic you are - oh, did you get the cans I gave the tech for your food drive or does the tech get to keep it?

I would never use anyone but Zero Rez. My carpets always look brand new and smell wonderful after getting cleaned. The tech was so thorough and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to anyone and everyone!
