I recently had my air ducts cleaned and all my carpets cleaned. My husband and I were both impressed with the technicians for each service, their professionalism and quality of work. We’ve never had our air ducts cleaned before. We were very impressed with the video the technician was able to show us of the dirt being removed from the duct system. He was also kind enough to educate us about an issue with one furnace so we were able to schedule a needed repair with another company before a bigger issue develops.
We’ve used Zerorez before for carpet cleaning and have always been pleased with their service. I’m so happy to have me home refreshed for the new year.

It did the job.

The cleaning of the carpet was a smooth transition. My only complaint is the increased price for treating and cleaning pet urine in the carpet. The tech was very nice and scheduling is easy as well.

Provide deals for those who need rugs cleaned. You did a great job but it was very expensive. Instead of having 3 rugs cleaned I was only able to clean one for the price.
