They clean my rug thee best.
The technician asked questions to understand what was needed. He was polite, thorough and neat. The payment process was simple and fast. The best part is that my carpets look like new again and don't smell like chemicals or wet carpet. Thank you Zerorez!

Tile and grout cleaning was amazing in the kitchen that I couldn’t get even close to original grout color. Carpets dried over night and are sift and lovely. Very pleased.

Job well done. The carpet was well cleaned 👌 and the technician was there on time.
The process is excellent and the technician works very hard, diligently and respectful of one’s home. Zerorez really is a much better process of cleaning the carpet over traditional because the carpet is not left gritty and hard. The additional products are recommended and not over sold with a pressuring sales pitch, it’s an easy yes or no process. We’ve used Zerorez multiple times and will continue because they are that awesome!

The service tech that came to my house was the disappointment. He was more focused on what he couldn't do than what he could do. He went to an area in my bedroom, made a couple of passes over a soiled area and promptly said that that was as clean as he could get my carpet. I urged him to make more passes over the area knowing he could get it cleaner with a little more work. He kept repeating that "if I was not happy with the job, he could pack up and leave with no charge to me"
He eventually finished cleaning my carpet but I made sure I checked each area to make sure it was clean. The tech's name is Tristin S. I really feel he didn't want to put any effort into cleaning my carpet right from the start. Let me clarify.....my husband and I are in our 70's
no kids. no pets. The carpet is 5 years old. The soil was typical traffic area soil, not years of ground in dirt.

Feel good about the no residue process. Always pleased with the results, especially the high traffic carpet areas and tile grout.
The tech was friendly and informative, put in extra effort to get our tile clean. However he failed to clean up all of the mess. There was product left on our front door handle, on the floor in hall and some on a wall and door.
Representative showed up 2 hours early and I didn’t get a call confirming my appointment. Only a text. My first time using zero res. Was informed I would be called prior to my appt to discuss..did not occur.
Not really impressed by tile cleaning…no fault of representative— he was very nice
