Quality service
Some stain still there.
I am a fan of Zerorez for life. The service and products they offer are unparalleled, due to the unparalleled technology that has driven the creation of these same products and services (of cleaning without chemicals) Moreover, the team members that the company employs are the most knowledgeable, professional and values-oriented of any that I have encountered… in any industry! We have used ZeroRez for our personal home, and for a rental homes for well over a decade now. Their business is a model that all would do well to follow… I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Very recently I had my large sofa cleaned, and sanitized, it looks bright again. Plus the Tech had set up a fan to make sure the sofa was 95% dry before leaving. An hour later there was no dampness at all. The Technicians name was Dexter, he was extremely courteous. Plus he also wore the white covers on his shoes.
The Zerorez products have no odor, and the extra care the Techs take make your carpets look like new. Your sofas too.

It was easy to schedule, and we were able to get the same technician we liked before. They followed up as promised and gave us a time window and stuck to it. The floors look great. Technician measured the floors and let us know the cost before he started the work.

Good job at spot removal.
Had a “flood” the week before hss as went over to our carpet. After it dried there was a huge stain. Zerorez was able to extract the stain completely for a minimal extra fee. We were so relieved and pleased. The rooms they cleaned were completely dry the next morning.
